Turn of the century building underwent total renovation of the third floor. This floor had been two apartments which was re-purposed into an open floor plan encouraging a co-working professional environment. Traditional details intermingled with exposed historic brickwork while incorporating environmentally friendly design including new windows, lights, and HVAC units.
