This project included a combined total of two 14,000 square foot office spaces, a 41,000 square foot warehouse, and 3,500 square foot repair shop for company owned delivery vehicles. The project sits on a site of more than 7 acres. Total renovation of all buildings and entire site.
Various prototypes with focuses ranging from distribution to depots, that can be implemented in locations across the country with minimal changes to the construction documents. Prototypes range in size from 16,000 to 65,000 square feet.
